Slim Gritty

Slim Gritty is an Australian Artist who in variable line-ups is no stranger to gigs and festivals both at home and abroad.

Slim draws on the timeless energy of the roots Americana genre, in particular Rockabilly and contributing styles of Hillbilly Country, RnB and Blues. Slim does not simply rehash the music of bygone eras, rather attempts to capture the spark to use as a foundation to build his own unique compositions, in which Slim crafts lyrical stories with a present-day relevance, sometimes poignant, sometimes funny, sometimes sad, always gritty.
