Founded in 2007, Cold Snap has established itself as a premier act in Melbourne’s blues scene, a high-energy 6-piece band led by the dynamic husband-and-wife team Joe & Sonia Valenti. Their captivating performances have thrilled audiences at notable events such as the Wangaratta Jazz & Blues Festival, Eltham Jazz & Blues Festival, Echuca Winter Blues Festival, Bendigo Blues & Roots Music Festival, Alice Springs Blues Festival, MotoGP in Phillip Island, The Blues Train, and more. Cold Snap returns in 2025 with their energetic and entertaining shows blending blues, funk, soul and R&B. Their love for one another and their music is infectious and helps make them a standout in their genre.
