A SERIES OF VERY FORTUNATE EVENTS HAVE SEEN THE COMING TOGETHER OF MUSICIANS FROM TWO OF AUSTRALIA’S BEST LOVED BANDS FROM THE 80’S, TO CREATE A DISTINCTIVE 21ST CENTURY BLUES BAND THAT IS MAKING WAVES.

Men At Work’s powerhouse drummer, Jerry Speiser, and lead guitarist from the early Goanna band, John Phillips, have become the Sons of The Blues by teaming up with charismatic vocalist, wordsmith and showman, Patrick Byrne, and are creating something new on the contemporary Australian blues music scene.
