Duncan Schmoll

Duncan Schmoll is a blues guitarist based in the Dandenong Ranges to the East of Melbourne. Though his roots originate in South Africa his music has taken him from Chicago’s Blues Circuit performing at such legendary venues like Buddy Guys, Rosas Lounge, Kingston Mines to the London scene appearing at Oxford Streets legendary 100 Club, The Troubadour, Ain’t Nothin But and the clubs on and around the Denmark Street strip. Previous festival appearances in the UK include The Hop Farm Festival in Kent sharing the line-up with Bob Dylan, Van Morrision, Peter Green, Doctor John, Seasick Steve and Los Lobos to name drop a few to appearances at Folk Rhythm and Life, NYE on the Hill, Rainbow Serpent and St Kilda Festival locally.
